Overview
This historic renovation project began with raw space, exposed brick walls, and an extraordinary view of modern Woodman Baseball Park, the Mississippi River, and Centennial Bridge.
Designed for both general public use, and for private parties, the back lit “blue bar”, and unique lighting offer elements to create visual impact, without distracting from the performances on stage. Everything from “dueling pianos”, to serious performances is comfortable in this space, which can accommodate several hundred customers.
The color scheme of deep blues, charcoal greys and rich browns enhances the red tones and texture of the original brick walls. The vast expanse of window remains uncovered, to feature the ever changing light of the city and river beyond.
